Although the rain has ended, local law enforcement reported flooding across St. Louis, and a flood warning remains in effect until 12:30 p.m. Tuesday for much of the area.
Central County Fire & Rescue (CCFR) would like to alert St. Peters residents that off-duty firefighters and members of our Community Response Program are available to provide recovery assistance to individuals affected by flooding.
Off-duty firefighters are available to help clean up, clear debris and remove sandbags. Crews will continue to work each day until all of the homes have been cleared of flood water and residents no longer need our assistance. Anyone who is stranded or in need of emergency assistance should call 911.
To receive complimentary assistance, residents should contact CCFR’s business office at 636.970.9700 during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
