Emergency Communication

You dial and you dial, but you cannot get your phone to dial. In an emergency communication can be a challenge. Make sure you and your family are prepared by planning ahead.

Keep a contact card in your wallet or purse with key contact information.

Identify an out-of-state friend or relative to serve as an emergency contact. In an emergency long-distance calls are often easier to make.

Use social media or text messaging to communicate with family members.
