This 9-1-1 Incident Notification Program is a free service provided by St.
Charles County Emergency Communications for area businesses to receive an
e-mail or text message when fire or EMS services are dispatched to your
business’s address after an incident is reported to 9-1-1. Each notification
request will last for one year; a new form must be submitted on or before your
anniversary date to continue to receive uninterrupted e-mail or text alerts.
