- The vehicle will be awarded to the highest and best bidder
- Bids shall be clearly marked “Vehicle 1” and must be sealed within an envelope using the form above.
- The bid must be submitted in person to Central County Fire & Rescue Headquarters, located at 1220 Cave Springs Road, St. Peters, MO 63376 (636-970-9700).
- Bids must be submitted before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.
- Central County Fire & Rescue reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Waive any and all technicalities and award the bid to the “Best” bidder.
- Upon successful completion of the bid and notification, the bidder must submit a deposit of at least 10% of the total bid within 48 hours of notification; the deposit will be held in escrow. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the vehicle.
