  4. All bids must be submitted on the form above.
  5. The vehicle will be awarded to the highest and best bidder
  6. Bids shall be clearly marked “Vehicle 4” and sealed in an envelope using the form above.
  7. The bid must be submitted in person to Central County Fire & Rescue Headquarters, located at 1220 Cave Springs Road, St. Peters, MO 63376 (636-970-9700).
  8. Bids must be submitted before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.
  9. Central County Fire & Rescue reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Waive any and all technicalities and award the bid to the “Best” bidder.
  10. Upon successful completion of the bid and notification, the bidder must submit a deposit of at least 10% of the total bid within 48 hours of notification; the deposit will be held in escrow. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the vehicle.
