Fisher-Price has recalled three models of its Cradle ‘n Swing infant cradle swings.
Approximately 34,000 cradle swings have been recalled after the manufacturer received two reports of a seat peg coming out from the seat, causing the seat to fall. No injuries have been reported.
This recall includes three models of the Fisher-Price cradle swings, sold at buybuyBaby, Target, Amazon.com and other retailers from November 2015-March 2016: Soothing Savanna Cradle ‘n Swing, Sweet Surroundings Cradle ‘n Swing and Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle ‘n Swing.
The product number if located on the seat under the pad. If you believe you own one of the affected models, you should stop using it immediately and contact Fisher-Price for revised assembly instructions. Click here for more information from the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
