New furniture manufacturing and installation per the basis-of design bid package.
TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING
Archimages will receive sealed bids until 12:00 p.m., noon, local time (CDT); July 31, 2026 at the Archimages, Inc, 143 West Clinton, St. Louis Missouri, 63122.
- Bids received after stated time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
- Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at Archimages at 2:00 p.m. local time (CDT).

BID STIPULATIONS
Central County Fire & Rescue shall award any contract based on the proposal that, in its sole discretion, best meets the interests and requirements of the Central County Fire & Rescue. Central County Fire & Rescue reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals or portions thereof, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the proposals, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost proposal, with or without negotiation.
No Bids may be withdrawn after the opening of bids, without the consent of Central County Fire & Rescue, for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter.
