PUBLIC NOTICE • CENTRAL COUNTY FIRE AND RESCUE • NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:
Sealed bids for a single prime contract for the construction of a new Fire Station #2, to be located at 109 McMenamy Rd, St Peters, MO will be received at the office of Central County Fire and Rescue, #1 Timberbrook Dr., St. Peters, MO 63376 until 4:00 p.m., January 29, 2013 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 4:30 p.m., January 29, 2013.
THE WORK CONSISTS PRIMARILY OF: New construction Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and related site work for a new fire station located at 109 McMenamy Rd. St. Peters, MO 63376.

Plans and specifications will be available on Monday January 7, 2013 and can be obtained electronically from the Architect: Stauder Architecture. Please call or email dan@stauderarchitecture.com, 314-966-4774. Prints can be obtained for a refundable fee of $75.00 per set from Minuteman Press, 5419 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63123. Limit 2 sets per general contractor, 1 set per subcontractor. Additional sets can be purchased from Minuteman Press.
Prospective bidders are expected to visit the project site.
The Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any and all technicalities and to award the contract to the best bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to the specified time or receipt of bids.
